SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders are usually shipped via Australia Post within 3 working days from our location in Far North New South Wales, Australia.
For orders shipped within Australia, our estimated delivery time is within 5-7 working days for those in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. Orders in Tasmania, Western Australia and the Northern Territories have estimated delivery times of within 7-10 working days.
International delivery times vary. For orders to New Zealand, we estimate 7-10 working days. For orders in Asia, we estimate 10-15 working days.
Delivery times can be affected by high demand periods, particularly around busy holiday times.
Australia Post have advised that they are experiencing a delay in delivery times due to COVID-19 lockdowns, a reduction in flights by the airlines, in addition to border and travel disruptions. As a result many orders in Victoria and even Queensland may experience significant delay. We always endeavour to have your order to you as soon as possible and apologise for any delay.
Return & Exchange Policy
All products purchased from our online store will be gladly exchanged or accept for return. Unless found to contain a manufacturing defect, me must receive the products in their unopened and original re-sellable state.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your details, order number and the items that you wish to return or exchange.
We must receive notification of your intention to do so within 30 days of your order. Returns or exchanges outside of this period cannot be accepted.
The customer is responsible for the shipping, handling and insurance charges for all returns and exchanges.
Any refunded amount is limited to the full cost of the products purchased less a 3% restocking fee, and does not include shipping, handling or administrative fees incurred by the customer.

NOTE: Customers from outside of Australia must clearly indicate on the outside of the package, that it contains return goods. We will not accept return packages that have import duty or tax charges applied. Once the returned items are received in good order, replacements will be sent out or a refund will be issued.
