Shipping Times

At Professional Health Systems, we always endeavour to get your order in your hands as soon as possible. Unfortunately disruptions related to the COVID-19 pandemic have greatly affected shipping times. Domestic orders in Australia are usually expected to arrive in 5-8 business days. International orders now can take anywhere between 8-25 business days.

A lot of the time orders arrive sooner, however please plan conservatively. We hope that these timeframes shorten as the world begins to reopen.

Shipping Costs

Some stores offer 'Free Shipping' where they attach shipping costs instead to their products. We choose instead to be transparent about the costs.

We utilise Australia Post and Aramex Couriers for our shipping.

​

Please be mindful of any customs charges on larger international orders from outside of Australia.

Returns

All products purchased from our online store will be gladly exchanged or accept for return. Unless found to contain a manufacturing defect, me must receive the products in their unopened and original re-sellable state.

​

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your details, order number and the items that you wish to return or exchange.

We must receive notification of your intention to do so within 30 days of your order. Returns or exchanges outside of this period cannot be accepted.

​

The customer is responsible for the shipping, handling and any insurance charges for all returns and exchanges.


Any refunded amount does not include shipping, handling or administrative fees incurred by the customer.

Please include with your items to be returned or exchanged:

  1. The original invoice

  2. In case of a manufacturers defect, the details outlining the type of defect. 

  3. Your contact details including phone number and your e-mail address.


NOTE: Customers from outside of Australia must clearly indicate on the outside of the package, that it contains return goods. We will not accept return packages that have import duty or tax charges applied. Once the returned items are received in good order, replacements will be sent out or a refund will be issued.
